I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times and it is still one of my favourites for brunch in Sunnybank. All their dishes are always delicious and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We ordered their new rice bowls on their updated menu. The coconut and kaffir lime tofu rice bowl was delicious, and everything worked really well together. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the watermelon paired with the dish, keeping it light and refreshing. The charred pork belly dish was delicious too, again everything just works perfectly together, with a side of fluffy warm rice. I would come again to try all the different flavour combinations and I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. It should be noted that the prices are on the pricier side, with all the rice bowls being around $26. Also took around an hour to get our food even though there was only 2 other tables there.

This place has been on my list for quite some time and I was excited to finally give it a try while in the area! Especially because of the many gluten free brunch options they offer. I was craving an acai bowl that day, so I ordered a bowl, and it sounded delicious with coconut panna cotta and dried mango as a topping. The staff behind the counter laughed at my order when the waitress read it out to him which was a bit odd The waitress was very kind however. The waitress brought the acai bowl out, and it was delicious. The granola was the highlight, it was gluten free but tasted so good and fresh. The panna cotta was a unique addition, but I didn’t feel it added much to the bowl. It was very filling and tasty overall, and I enjoyed it. Will come back to try out some other dishes here again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Jasmine’s lovely customer service definitely deserves this. My partner and I were just planning to peek at the menu outside today, but Jasmine’s welcoming vibe and recommendations was enough to convince us to sit down. We tried the Sizzling Brownie with matcha and white chocolate and it really hit the spot for us. This one can be a bit heavy for one person but definitely perfect to share on a chilly night! Would be keen to come back and try out more things on the menu next time!

Quaint spot in Sunnybank it was a little hidden but so worth it! Delicious food and great servings, not to mention the absolutely mouth-watering sizzling brownie they had. I swear I was so tempted to get another and take it home. Will be coming back.

I have been walking past this restaurant many times but only tried it today, and I'm regretting not going earlier! The food is what I like, fusion between Asian and European and presented beautifully. I love the lunch special of the day, the Carbonade Beef Stew with Kimchi, Mushrooms on Focaccia, perfectly cooked beef with fluffy focaccia, much better than I expected. $17 excellent value for money! The Tamagoyaki omelette was delicious too, the way the brown rice was "grilled"? was nice and we love the salad dressing. Yes, we love the coffee too! Service was excellent, the only thing is the serving time is a bit long and well worth the wait.

Pros: Creative menu, dog friendly, great coffee, plenty of early parking. Cons: No puppacino for Lucas (criminal ). Rocked up to Southside Bistro at Sunny Park reppin’ me Melbourne Storm gear with my boy Lucas the Husky (who was very interested in my plate, by the way). Good news for the Brisbane and Sunnybank locals it's dog friendly haha!. Bad news, no puppacino for the big fella... he’s still salty about it, but whatever. Place has been around a while, bit of a hidden gem. Hard to explain the food, like it’s not your stock standard bacon and eggs for brunch. They actually get creative with their brunch, lunch and dinner, which is refreshing when every second café in Brisbane is just avo toast and vibes Had a ripper plate with crispy fried egg, fancy snags, roast taters and some greens to pretend I’m healthy. Coffee was bang on too. Lucas gave the sausage his patented death stare the whole time, so I gave him a bit of the chicken sausage hahahaha. Plenty of car parks in the morning, no dramas. Dunno about lunchtime though, you’re in Sunnybank mate, one second it’s empty, next minute you’re fighting an aunty in a Mercedes Benz or BMW for a spot or that Keep Fitness gym rat with his souped up AMG.. Cheers Bernie
